Prices include all taxes (TTC) and are in Euros.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will offer to replace it with another cuvée or refund the cost of the affected bottles via bank transfer.

Our site's payment system is managed by Crédit Agricole, ensuring secure online transactions.
We guarantee complete confidentiality for your banking details. These are secured via the SSL version 3 protocol, which automatically verifies access rights during credit card payments and encrypts all data exchanges to ensure privacy.
We never access or store your credit card information.
DELIVERY
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country and the number of bottles ordered.
Delivery rates are displayed at the time of ordering, after the delivery address has been entered.
For orders exceeding 24 bottles, please contact us directly so we can provide a personalized shipping quote.

Certain specific destinations (islands, mountainous areas, or locations with difficult access) may incur an additional shipping surcharge. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Shipping is free within France for orders of 6 "bottle equivalents" (or 12 half-bottles) or more.
A flat fee of €10 (incl. tax) applies to orders of 1 bottle equivalent.
A flat fee of €5 (incl. tax) applies to orders of 2 to 5 bottle equivalents.
For orders of 6 bottles or more, we pack shipments in cases of 6 or 12; whenever possible, please order in multiples of 6.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order, or to request an additional delivery fee, if the order is not in multiples of 6 or if the delivery address falls within a zone subject to carrier surcharges (e.g., islands, high-altitude areas, pedestrian zones).
SHIPPING
SARL O. Lamiable selects the carrier based on the quantity of bottles ordered and the delivery location (e.g., La Poste, DPD, UPS, Géodis Walbaum, DB Schenker). Some carriers provide tracking numbers, while others offer scheduled delivery appointments; we strive to ensure deliveries are made as quickly and safely as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific service features.
We take special care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
Please inspect your packages carefully upon arrival. In the event of an issue, you must note any reservations with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.
Claims cannot be processed unless specific reservations were noted in the presence of the delivery driver.
Carriers are not required to carry goods up stairs; delivery is made to the entrance of the building or house.
Please provide the information necessary for successful delivery (e.g., entry codes, phone number).
Delivery Times
You will receive your order within 4 to 7 business days of its dispatch from the estate. For urgent orders, we recommend contacting us directly by phone at 03 26 58 92 69.
Delivery destinations
Our online shop handles deliveries to private customers in mainland France and to the European countries currently listed at checkout.
